Answer the phone within three rings.

Business hours are 7:30am to 6pm. No incoming calls answered by voice mail during the day.

Respond to each customer inquiry no later than one hour.

Meet with new client at client office before placement of new employees.

Conduct our 17 Step Hiring Process before placement of any candidate.

Perform "Quality Calls" for each customer during new employees’ first week.

Provide a daily satisfaction guarantee on our employees.

Fill each job order on time.

Have our Convert-to-Hire employees convert to clients’ payroll without turnover.

Have our placed employees maintain perfect attendance while on our payroll.

Have all of our placed employees work 100% of their weekly schedules.

Collect all timecards by noon Tuesday.

Conduct exit interviews on 100% of termed employees.

Bill clients accurately.
