CLEVELAND PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE SALES PRODUCER
Description
Exclusive Allstate Agency is looking for a full time, property & casualty (P&C) licensed for sales and customer service. We are looking for people who are property and casualty licensed (P&C). Candidates already in the course of study for their P&C License will also be considered.
Responsibilities of a Licensed Sales Professional:
• Generating insurance quotes
• Conducting policy reviews and updating policies
• Processing payments and reporting claims
• Providing excellent customer service
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective client
• Cross selling existing customers
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals
Hours:
8:00am-5:00pm , Monday-Friday
Compensation
• $10.00 to $13.00/ hour
o This position is compensated with a small base salary plus numerous commission opportunities
o Base salary is commensurate with experience.
o 1st year salary expectation at quota is $30,000 - $37,000

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of recent sales experience. Will consider Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Retail Sales or Telemarketing experience. Must have a proven track record of sales success.
• A Property and Casualty license would need to be acquired within the first 30 days of employment.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Previous job longevity
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Must be organized
• Ohio Property and Casualty Licensed

• Verify all customer information such as name, address, vehicle information, etc.

• Cross-sell customers for additional business
• Track daily results and Provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form, e-mail, or in person
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers
Typical Day
