- Recruiters- We will designate between one to twenty recruiters to your account depending on your needs. Your recruiting team size will reflect your hiring needs.
- Administrators- Are responsible for all reporting, invoices, payroll, and background screenings.

6. Follow-up during your interviews with our candidate. We will follow-up with both the candidate and our client throughout our client’s interview process to effectively stay involved and to facilitate communication between both parties.
EMPLOYERS-OUR 6 STEP SALES RECRUITING INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our 6 Step Interview Process is done 100% of the time before your Account Manager will submit an endorsed candidate to you.
- First interview- behavioral (Weed candidate in or out)
- Review client “Profile” with candidate- identify candidates genuine interest in your position.
- Email client “Profile” to candidate for their review
- 2nd interview- Recruiter Final Interview
- Account Manager Final Interview- Your Sales Recruiter will now submit their endorsed candidate to the Account Manager who is assigned to your account to see if they agree with the Recruiter. Your Account Manager is our last line of defense to ensure this candidate matches what you want. They also ensure the candidate has a genuine interest in wanting your position and is available. They cover counter offers with candidate here. If we endorse the candidate, then we call you to set up an interview with client.
- Follow-up. We will follow-up with both the candidate and our client throughout our client’s interview process to effectively stay involved and to facilitate communication between both parties.
