We will identify PERFORMANCE INDICATORS and RETENTION INDICATORS from Pre-Hire and Post-Hire analysis. 

Existing Rep Analysis:  We compare your Top and Bottom performing reps’ work results and 5 test scores while comparing their previous call center experience and education. 

Pre-Hire Benchmarking:   Established minimum and target standards will be used to identify A, B, and C candidates.

Post-Hire Benchmarking:  Each new hires’ work results and retention will be compared to their test scores, education, and work experience to continually adjust/modify your Smart Profile.
