QUARTERLY MANAGEMENT REPORT - Our quarterly report reviews our 11 Step hiring activity results. Also call center information like associate employee retention, attendance, shift management, exit interview analysis, and activity/results are presented.
REASON CODE REPORT - Sorts and prioritizes top reasons associate employees are quitting or being let go.
SHIFT FULFILLMENT REPORT - Compares the actual weekly hours worked vs. the scheduled weekly hours. Each associate’s percent of hours worked will be tracked. Totals by supervisor and call center are also available.
HOURS REPORTS - Sorts associate employee’s hours by week and ytd.
ON-TIME DELIVERY REPORT - Measures percentage of assignments filled on or before start date.
EMPLOYEE CONVERSION REPORT - Measures percentage of associate employees converted to client’s payroll.
TURNOVER REPORT - Measures percentage of associate employees turnover by hiring class.
