6 Building Blocks of Retention - Our Retention Specialist works directly with the client to set-up, assess, and improve your 6 Building Blocks of Retention. They are: Clearly defined career path, Clearly defined hiring profiles & job descriptions, Salary & compensation guidelines, Evaluation & selection criteria, Testing & training, and Program administration guidelines (SOPs).

Feedback Report:  We conduct call center rep evaluations during our temp-to-hires  second and sixth week of employment.  This employee feedback is presented to you in a report sorted by prioritized items that the employees think are positive and negative about the position and company so far.

Reason Code Analysis Report:  We provide a turnover report with the reasons for each turnover, sorted by larger reasons first.
