Set-up the right sized recruiting/retention team.
After assessing your headcount objectives for the upcoming project/quarter/year-big or small- we will quickly set-up the right sized Account Team to meet your headcount goals. Your Account Team will be accountable for recruiting, retention, management reporting, and more. This team will easily out-produce temporary agencies and multiple vendors. It is easier to hold our team accountable for results than multiple vendors. Your Account Team will consist of the following:
- Account Team Manager- Is responsible for overseeing and implementing the success of our complete program including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, testing, managing retention, communication, reviewing management reports, and holding our team accountable for exceeding your expectations.
- Recruiters- We will designate between one to twenty recruiters to your account depending on your needs. Your recruiting team size will reflect your hiring needs.
- Retention Specialist- Is responsible for managing our “Six Career Path Building Blocks” and our “8 Point Employee Retention Program.”
- Administrators- Are responsible for all reporting, invoices, payroll, and background screenings.

We build a 2-8 page company description “Profile” to promote. It will ensure our recruiters have a thorough understanding of your company while delivering a standardized consistent message 100% of the time.

Build your ideal candidate SMART PROFILE
We will identify PERFORMANCE INDICATORS and RETENTION INDICATORS from Pre-Hire and Post-Hire analysis.
Existing Rep Analysis: We compare your Top and Bottom performing reps’ work results and 5 test scores while comparing their previous call center experience and education.
Pre-Hire Benchmarking: Established minimum and target standards will be used to identify A, B, and C candidates.
Post-Hire Benchmarking: Each new hires’ work results and retention will be compared to their test scores, education, and work experience to continually adjust/modify your Smart Profile.

Our ability to recruit 600 reps is as easy as recruiting 40. Hiring large volumes of people to launch programs, start-up divisions, or expanding companies over a short or long durations is what we do! Listed below are some of our most effective means of recruiting:
- Candidate referrals- over 50% of our interviews are referrals!
- Sourcing- calling into a non-client company to recruit pre identified candidates.
- Competitor targeting- calling into client requested competitors.
- On-line candidates- we access Monster.com, Career Builder, local market sites, etc.
- Career Fairs- sponsored by colleges, publications, diversity groups, etc.
- Open Houses- we conduct our own and joint open houses with our clients.
- Newspapers/Employment Guides- a high cost, high activity, and high burnout source with inconsistent results.
- Colleges-4 yr. & 2 yr.; High Schools-highly time intensive, inconsistent results
- TV & Radio- generally reserved for larger recruiting campaigns.

Timecard reporting & bill reconciliation hassles eliminated!
Our automated on-line timecard system allows associate employees to log-in or call-in their weekly hours worked. Both the called-in or logged-in timecard would then go via email automatically to the approving manager for their on-line approval or rejection. Their decision is then emailed automatically back to the employee and our staffing firm.
NO MORE PAPER TIMECARD HASSLES!- Your associate employees no longer have to fill out a paper timecard, then search for and either find or not the approving manager for a signature. Faxing of timecards/group timesheets by the associate employee or approving manager will be unnecessary. No more paper timesheets!
EASY BILL RECONCILIATION- Virtually all billing/timecard mistakes and forgeries will be eliminated due to the on-line approval process. Once the manager approves the timecard/groupsheet, he can compare his saved on-line timecard/group timesheet to our bill. No longer will a manager have to keep his paper copy of every rep’s timecard in order to reconcile the weekly invoice! His copy will be the on-line timecard/group timesheet that he ultimately approved and has saved on his PC!
