After assessing your headcount objectives for the upcoming quarter/year-big or small- we will quickly set-up the right sized Account Team to meet your headcount goals. Your Account Team will be accountable for recruiting, retention, management reporting, and more. This team will easily out-produce temporary services and multiple vendors. It is easier to hold our team accountable for results than multiple vendors.
Your Account Team will consist of the following:
- Key Account Manager
Is responsible for overseeing and implementing the success of our complete program including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, testing, managing retention, communication, reviewing management reports, and holding our team accountable for exceeding your expectations.
- Recruiters
We will designate between one to twenty recruiters to your account depending on your needs. Your recruiting team size will reflect your hiring needs.
- Retention Specialist
Is responsible for managing our "Six Career Path Building Blocks" and our "8 Point Employee Retention Program."
- Administrators
Are responsible for all reporting, invoices, payroll, and background screenings.
If your needs are smaller and require several people throughout the year, then you would be assigned and Account Manager who would be responsible for your recruiting function as well.
